exit at Junction 7 and take the exit for A556/A56 to B'ham/M6/Northwich/Lymm. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Lymm Rd/A56. Continue to follow the A56. Turn right onto Oughtrington Lane

From the M56 East
exit at Junction 9, exit onto Cliff Lane/A50 toward Lymm. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Cherry Lane/B5158. Turn right onto Elm Tree Rd. Turn right onto Church Rd/A56 and continue to follow A56. Turn left onto Oughtrington Lane.

What will I need to bring?

You just need to wear comfortable clothing, such as what you would normally wear to the gym.
Lessons are conducted barefoot.
