This is the NEW website for Combat Fitness.

Combat Fitness training is designed to take you to your next level of fitness.
Whether you are just starting out, work out on a regular basis or train at a high level, Combat Fitness will aim to get you into better shape!

This is a cardio workout with a difference. The program is inspired from various martial arts disciplines including karate, boxing, taekwondo and muay thai.

You will strike, kick and punch your way through calories to reveal a fitter, leaner you!

Benefits of the class include;
  - Burn calories for a leaner body
  - Tone and build key muscle groups
  - Improve your cardiovascular fitness
  - Improve co-ordination, agility and flexibility
  - Build self-confidence

You DO NOT need to know any martial arts to take our class, just be of moderate fitness and be prepared to workout, lose those calories and make some friends.
